What We Collect

TogetherTime collects the minimum data needed to provide our family planning service:

• Account info — email address, family name, member names
• Calendar data — events from connected Google Calendar (read/write with your permission)
• App data — tasks, schedules, notes, and preferences you create
• Voice data — voice conversations with our AI assistant are processed in real-time and not stored as audio

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to power the TogetherTime app features you use. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data.

Google API Data

When you connect Google services, we access only the scopes you explicitly approve. We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on our servers (Hetzner Cloud, Singapore). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Each family's data is isolated in a separate tenant directory.

Your Rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. To delete your account entirely, contact us at founders@togethertime.ai.
